Swing Stop is locked in place with two socket head screws and dual hole lock plate providing high locking capacity. Gravity action of the swing (impact) plate is supported by compression spring with low (.20 lbs) retraction force. Impact plate can be pulled from the body (for cleaning) without removing it from the Guide Rail. Stop can be positioned at desired location by aligning the graduation lines on the tape with L/H or R/H top edge of the block. Stop body is machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, impact plates are machined from 304 stainless steel and lock plates are machined from 01 tool steel. Minimum workpiece thickness is 3/8".
